We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join our team and take charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting our molding equipment.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment operates at optimal levels and that our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding excellence in all aspects of their work.

In this role, you will:
Safety:
Prioritize safety, quality, environmental, and housekeeping as non-negotiable Safely operate all molding equipment following comprehensive training Conduct periodic quality checks, understand quality requirements, and make necessary equipment adjustments to meet standards safely Prepare production, downtime, and quality reports as required Perform mechanical troubleshooting on molding equipment, bottle handling, and support equipment Complete necessary safety precautions and documentation Identify safety issues and promptly implement countermeasures with appropriate resources Quality:
Understand and adhere to proper hold procedures for bottle quality during hold events Communicate quality issues to the relevant resources and respond in a timely manner Ensure proper functioning of all quality equipment (BIS system, code daters, etc.
) at all times Production:
Collaborate closely with other departments (packaging, maintenance, shipping, planning, etc.
) to ensure prompt communication and resolution of production-related issues Ensure proper start-up and shutdown of production equipment using checklists Demonstrate a sense of urgency in identifying and resolving abnormalities and other operating issues Ensure flawless execution of all other aspects of production Identify equipment issues and generate work orders to address them Hourly Compensation:

Experience with Molding or Extrusion manufacturing equipment is highly preferred Handle proper equipment adjustments as needed by us for problem-solving tools High school diploma or equivalent Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills Must have the initiative and enterprise to tackle problems without supervision and develop creative solutions.
Detail-oriented, willing to learn, creativity, with a sense of urgency Passionate toward ownership of work & safety awareness Root cause, problem solving skills are highly preferred Must be able to work in a team environment - strong communication skills We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
