If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our clerical position on our Risk Management Team working with commercial auto liability & workers compensation claims.
As a clerical worker in our Safety Department, you will be responsible for processing and managing the claims filed by our customers and 3rd parties or employees who have commercial auto liability and workers compensation insurance claims.
You will work closely with our claim adjusters and managers to ensure that our claims are managed expeditiously for the best result possible.
Duties:
Answering phone calls and emails Entering and updating claim data in the system Reviewing and verifying claim documents and invoices Sending letters and notices to customers or third parties Following up on claim status and payments Providing administrative support to claim adjusters and managers.
Requirement:
A high school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in a clerical or customer service role Basic Excel, MS Word and typing skills.
Knowledge of insurance terminology and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
