22 an hour Job Expectations Daily Responsibilities Test finished product samples for all final QC and enter data into SAP.
Log data on QC cards for back-up information and reference.
Test incoming raw materials for fitness for use prior to unload of raw materials.
Perform calibration checks of all laboratory equipment as outlined in the Quality Control Laboratory Calibration Program in the QC Laboratory.
Perform preventive maintenance on all QC Laboratory and all other testing areas.
Understand function and be able to troubleshoot all laboratory equipment.
Promptly alert Team Managers when there are test discrepancies or issues with the material that will impact production or shipments.
Ensure that the re-sampling process has been followed in a timely manner.
Inspect operating areas/equipment for procedure compliance and general housekeeping.
Ensure all retains are properly labeled, lids are on tight, and are properly stored.
Ensure the sample retain area is clean and current.
Complete all Routine Job Tasks.
Complete all job associated paperwork and turnover documentation in a timely manner.
Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times in the laboratory/plant/retain room.
Attend/participate in all Safety Trainings and Huddles Dispose of all excess/obsolete reagents and sample wastes appropriately.
Dispose of all hazardous FP wastes appropriately.
Ensure HAZWASTE containers in the laboratory and Retain Room are properly labeled and maintained.
Make early notification to the appropriate personnel if you are unable to work your scheduled shift.
Maintain safe and clean working area.
Monitor and maintain all necessary lab supplies.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
